Yelena Isinbaeva
Born on the 3rd of june 1982 in volgorgrad ,Russia.
On 1987 she went to pre-school .
On 1989-97 She studied at the technical engineering high-school.
On 2002 she studied physical education until 2005. Now she is getting a degree to became a physical Educator.
She started on 1987 artistic gymnastic until 1997, with her coaches Lisovi Alexander Ivanovich and Mariana Mixailovna.
On 1997 she was honoured with the tittle of Master of sport for artistic gymnastic. On november 97 she started Pole Vault with Evgenii Vasilievich Trofimor and ended in November 2o05. Now she is coached by Vitalii Afanasievich Petrov.

Her first big competition was on the 1998 Worl Junior Championships in Annecy , France. She jumped 4,00 m.
She improved on this at the world youth game when she cleared 4,10m and won her first gold medal.
The next year at the world juniors she jumped 4,20 m , and won. On 2001 she won another gold medal jumping 4,40m. At the European championship she jumped 4,55 m , and she wont again. At 2004 she jumped 4,83 m and won , and so on ... until 2009 at prague she jumped 4.90 m .
